Creating a search engine friendly Website for attracting new customers and new affiliates, and using autoresponders to follow up with new affiliates and customers with a series of periodic e-mails. Q) What is the single most important step to making a sale that you would share with a new SFI affiliate? The Internet is all about presentation and reputation, so always present your Website and the products you are selling in the most attractive manner possible. Q) What technologies do you consider most vital for your SFI business? Microsoft Frontpage, Microsoft Outlook, and aWeber autoresponders. Q) List the following traits in order of importance to your business: enthusiasm, persistence, knowledge, and communication skills. Knowledge, communication, persistance, and enthusiasm. Q) How important is following up with new affiliates to your online business success? Vital. Essential. Q) How do you handle rejections? Not too well. Unfortunately, that is part of life. Sometimes you can learn from it. But most of the time, it is the prospect's situation or attitude that dictates what happens, so I try not to take it personal. I consider SFI far superior to some of the lastest home based business ideas Q) What has been your biggest motivation for making your SFI online business a success? My daughter.
